MND Refutes the G7: Stop Preaching at Others
3月27日下午，國(guó)防部舉行例行記者會(huì)，國(guó)防部新聞局局長(zhǎng)、國(guó)防部新聞發(fā)言人吳謙大校答記者問。
記者：據(jù)外媒報(bào)道，七國(guó)集團(tuán)（G7）近日舉行外長(zhǎng)會(huì)并發(fā)表聯(lián)合聲明稱，G7對(duì)中國(guó)擴(kuò)大核武庫表示擔(dān)憂，對(duì)東海和南海局勢(shì)表示嚴(yán)重關(guān)切，強(qiáng)調(diào)維護(hù)臺(tái)海和平穩(wěn)定十分重要，反對(duì)以武力或脅迫單方面改變現(xiàn)狀。請(qǐng)問中方對(duì)此有何評(píng)論？
Question: According to foreign media reports, the recent G7 Foreign Ministers' Meeting issued a joint statement expressing concerns over China's expansion of its nuclear arsenal, and the situation in the East and South China Seas. The statement emphasizes the importance of maintaining peace and stability in the Taiwan Strait, and opposes any unilateral alteration of the status quo through "force or coercion" . What is your comment on this?
吳謙：七國(guó)集團(tuán)罔顧事實(shí)、惡意污蔑，粗暴干涉中國(guó)內(nèi)政，我們對(duì)此強(qiáng)烈不滿、堅(jiān)決反對(duì)。中方奉行不首先使用核武器政策，堅(jiān)持自衛(wèi)防御核戰(zhàn)略，始終將自身核力量維持在國(guó)家安全需要的最低水平。在涉核領(lǐng)域，七國(guó)集團(tuán)應(yīng)切實(shí)反躬自省，根本沒資格對(duì)中國(guó)說三道四。
Wu Qian: The G7 statement ignores facts and is a vicious slander on China and a brutal interference in China's internal affairs. We strongly condemn and resolutely oppose it. China follows a policy of no-first-use of nuclear weapons and a defensive nuclear strategy. We have been maintaining our nuclear arsenal at the minimum level required for national security. On the nuclear issue, the G7 should reflect on its own actions and has no qualification to criticize China.
在東海、南海問題上，中方正同相關(guān)國(guó)家通過對(duì)話磋商和平解決爭(zhēng)議，同時(shí)堅(jiān)定維護(hù)自身領(lǐng)土主權(quán)和海洋權(quán)益，堅(jiān)決反對(duì)域外國(guó)家挑釁滋事、破壞地區(qū)和平穩(wěn)定。臺(tái)灣是中國(guó)的一部分，臺(tái)灣問題不容任何外來干涉。一個(gè)中國(guó)原則是國(guó)際社會(huì)普遍共識(shí)和國(guó)際關(guān)系基本準(zhǔn)則，任何勢(shì)力企圖將臺(tái)灣從祖國(guó)分裂出去都必遭徹底失敗。
Regarding the East and South China Seas, China is engaging in peaceful dialogue and consultation with relevant countries to resolve disputes. At the same time, we remain steadfast in safeguarding our territorial sovereignty and maritime rights and interests. China firmly opposes interference from external forces and any provocative acts that undermine regional peace and stability. Taiwan is an inalienable part of China, and the Taiwan question brooks no foreign interference. The one-China principle is a wide consensus of the international community and a fundamental norm in international relations. Any attempt to separate the island from its motherland will inevitably end in complete failure.
我們敦促七國(guó)集團(tuán)摒棄冷戰(zhàn)思維和意識(shí)形態(tài)偏見，停止對(duì)別國(guó)的事情指指點(diǎn)點(diǎn)，不要總是想著給人當(dāng)“教師爺”，中國(guó)軍隊(duì)從來就不吃這一套。
We urge the G7 to break away from its Cold War mentality and ideological prejudice, stop the finger-pointing and preaching at others. This approach won’t work on the Chinese military.
